services provided
individual therapy
Dr. Moore provides individual therapy for individuals, ages 5 to older adults. Services include assessment and evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavior problems, grief, and life transitions. Therapy focuses on skill-building, developmentally appropriate interventions, caregiver coaching, and coordination with schools or medical providers.
Family therapy
Family therapy is talk therapy where several family members meet with a therapist to improve communication, solve conflicts, and change unhelpful patterns. Sessions focus on relationships, roles, and how family members interact, not just one person’s problems. The goal is to build support, set healthy boundaries, and help the family solve problems together.
Telehealth
Dr. Moore is a member of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). Therefore, she offers telehealth sessions outside of Illinois to participating states to provide flexible access to care when clinically appropriate. This includes video and, when clinically indicated and permitted, telephone sessions.
Sessions conducted via telehealth follow the same professional, ethical, and legal standards as in-person care.
